The experiences of managing public debt (Government debt) in Russia to apply in Vietnamese circumstance

Abstract

Public debts are closely related to the Government operations, the security of the economy and the development of the
country. Public debts have the significant influence on the reputation of one nation. Therefore, Public debts need to be
controlled effectively and repaid on schedule. This article focused on: analyzing the experiences of managing public
debt in Russia from 2006 till now; assessing the management of Public debt in Vietnam; and to cite out the current issues
to be resolved in our country in relation to Public debt
