Abstract
During the transition period to the digital economy, digital environment has become popular in university libraries across Vietnam. It is necessary to establish a new marketing approach as to facilitate marketers with breakthrough technologies. Digital marketing in smart libraries is a combination of marketing with online interaction between libraries and users. This article is about definitions, roles, advantages, tools of digital marketing and its application in smart libraries in order to enhance the effectiveness and the efficiency of the libraries.
