Impact of economic laws on scientific and technological information activities

Abstract

Mentions the governing of STI activities by five laws of market economy: Law on unceasing expansion of social labor division; law on value; law on market; law on limited consummation, law on gradually diminishing average profit ratio and by three basic economic laws: Law on development of STI work, coping suitably with the national economy, Law on dialectical relationship between STI  productive forces and productive relations; and Law on value in STI products and services.
