Vinh City University Library in the period of renovation and integration

Abstract

Underlines the importance of renovating and enhancing the quality of libraries and library-information activities in the universities; Affirms the necessity of building a system of digital libraries, linking universities and high schools in the North Central Vietnam, and turning a key university library into the central one; Recommends some solutions to develop Vinh City University Library into the central library of the system of universities and high schools in the North Central Vietnam.
