Abstract

Abstract: The teaching staff play a particularly important role, as the “female machines”, decisive factors to the quality of education and training and scientific research of higher education institutions. The article focuses on researching a number of issues about the teaching staff at higher education institutions, the theoretical and practical basis for developing the teaching staff, thereby, proposing some solutions to develop them to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training today.
