State capital business issues at state capital investment corporation

Abstract

The equitization of SOEs is becoming a hot topic in the Government’s discussions, especially when the Government is committed to accelerating reform of SOEs. One of the key elements of SOE reform is financial transparency to improve business performance. State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) is a special economic organization established by the Government, according to the objective requirements of the process of arranging, renovating and improving business efficiency of state enterprises. During its operation, the Corporation is facing certain barriers. The article clarifies the content of difficulties and problems of SCIC.
