Abstract

The issue of safety in using investment capital in the process of socioeconomic development investment, from the stage of investment preparation until the results of the completed project are put into using, always interested in society. In the article, the author has pointed out that socio-economic development investment
activities include two large areas: investment in the cultural, social and public sectors and investment in the production - business sector , providing criteria and targets for analysis and assessment of the financial security of investment in those two areas.
