The role of president Ho Chi Minh in the victory of the August Revolution in 1945

Abstract

The August Revolution in 1945 went along with President Ho Chi Minh, who successfully resolved the primary task of national liberation struggle; actively mobilized, organized and developed the armed forces for the General Uprising. He also anticipated, seized the revolutionary moment to put forward accurately and timely the plans for the General Uprising in August 1945, which was a very important factor contributing to the Birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
