Improving the competences for the consulting staff at the professional institutions belonging to the People’s Committee of Phu Yen province satisfying the requirements of administration reforms

Abstract

The general master plan for State administration reforms in the stage 2011-2020 has put forward one of the major goals, which is “Building up a staff of officials having all the qualities, competences, and standards satisfying the requirements of serving for the public and the development of the country”. As for Phu Yen province, the administrative reforms process has just gained some initial results. Therefore, there should be some synchronized measures in building up the staff of officials in general and the consulting staff at the professional institutions belonging to the Provincial People’s Committee that are full in quantity, reliable in quality, serving better and better for the demands from organizations and individuals.
