Some Solutions for Leadership Capacity Enhancement for the Cooperative Leaders in Phu Yen Province

Abstract

Developing a collective economy with a focus on cooperatives is an inevitable trend in the context of international economic integration, in line with the socialism-oriented market economy of Vietnam today. However, the collective economy and cooperatives in Phu Yen province have not met the requirements yet, there are still some shortcomings, inadequacy and limitations. One of the current urgent requirements is to enhance the leadership capacity of the cooperative leaders in Phu Yen province.
