Learning outcome training as solutions to improve pedagogical ability for the students of Phu Yen University
Abstract
The fundamental and comprehensive reform of higher education in our country is becoming more and more urgent as the quality of training at pedagogical universities has not met the social demands and the requirements for renovating the education program. Developing and implementing good learning outcomes is a key measure to improve the quality of training in all universities, not only pedagogical universities. This article provides an overview of learning outcomes and exchanges some measures for the implementing the pedagogical learning outcomes, as a foundation for adjusting and developing new training curricula for the majors and fields of study. In addition, some approaches are also mentioned in order to improve the quality and effectiveness in the teachers training processes.
