Abstract

The
 article
 proposes
 solutions
 for
 organizing
 theoretical
 training
 on
 human
 resource
 management
 for
 administrators
at
universities
specializing
in
training
art
teachers.
The
main
objective
is
to
enhance
management
 capacity,
strategic
thinking,
and
the
effectiveness
of
staff
leadership
in
the
context
of
art
education,
which
 possesses
unique
characteristics
and
is
undergoing
significant
reform.
The
research
methodology
combines
 document
analysis
and
practical
surveys
to
clarify
the
current
state
of
training
activities
and
identify
the
specific
 needs
of
the
administrative
staff.
The
results
indicate
that
the
need
for
theoretical
training
in
human
resource
 management
in
art
teacher
training
institutions
is
urgent,
yet
such
training
has
not
been
systematically
organized
 or
tailored
to
the
unique
features
of
the
field.
The
article
proposes
both
the
content
and
implementation
methods
 of
the
training
program.
Furthermore,
the
author
emphasizes
that
organizing
training
in
a
flexible,
practical
 manner,
aligned
with
the
specific
needs
of
each
institution,
will
contribute
to
improving
management
quality
 and,
consequently,
enhance
the
development
of
human
resources
and
the
quality
of
art
teacher
education
in
the
 future.
