The current situation of digital transformation in small and medium enterprises in the Central Highlands

Abstract

The results of a survey of 380 small and medium-sized enterprises in the Central Highlands region indicate that these businesses have incorporated digital technologies into their production and business operations. However, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Central Highlands region that have adopted digital technologies in their production and business activities remains relatively low, and there are still numerous barriers to digital transformation. The article has proposed solutions for both small and medium-sized enterprises and policy support measures to promote digital transformation in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Central Highlands region in the near future.
