Abstract

Abstract: Through this study, the author assessed
the current status of teaching the freestyle
swimming technique to physical education
students in the foundational science department
at Tay Bac University. The research findings
provide a basis for implementing solutions to
improve the teaching quality of the freestyle
swimming subject for students at the university.
