Abstract

 Emotional regulation plays a crucial
role in badminton competition. This study proposes
five psychological training methods for emotional
control: deep breathing and muscle relaxation,
mental imagery, task-focused concentration,
positive self-suggestion, and pressure simulation
training for badminton student-athletes at
the University of Economics - Technology for
Industries. Using the Delphi method and expert
interviews, the study evaluates the necessity,
feasibility, and predicted effectiveness of these
techniques. The findings provide theoretical and
practical foundations for integrating psychological
training into coaching programs, contributing to
improved athletic performance.
