Abstract
This study focuses on selecting evaluation standards for recreational sports club activities at
Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 from two perspectives: students (based on motivational factors) and
administrative staff. Based on a survey of 100 students and 30 staff members, combined with reliability
analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha, the study identified 10 standards from the student perspective and 5
standards (comprising 20 indicators) from the management perspective, all demonstrating high reliability.
Applying these standards to evaluate 10 existing clubs at the university revealed clear classification,
practical relevance, and an accurate reflection of operational effectiveness. The findings affirm that
the proposed standards are a feasible and applicable tool for improving the quality of club activities,
contributing to the broader goal of comprehensive education within the pedagogical environment.
