Abstract
Employing conventional scientific research methodologies, this study evaluates the current
prevalence and patterns of noni fruit juice (Morinda citrifolia) consumption among female long-distance
track and field athletes in Vietnam. Through comprehensive surveys and meticulous data analysis
derived from various sports training centers, the investigation specifically scrutinizes the frequency of
administration, stated objectives, perceived health benefits, and the demonstrable impact of noni juice on
athletic performance and physiological recovery. The findings reveal that a considerable proportion of
athletes integrate noni juice into their regimen primarily to augment endurance, mitigate post-exercise
muscle soreness, and accelerate recuperation. Nevertheless, a discernible lacuna persists in the athletes'
comprehension regarding the intricate nutritional constituents and underlying mechanistic actions of this
particular fruit extract.
