MULTI-TEXT IN SHORT STORY MEN NGUOI BY LE QUANG TRANG
Abstract
Le Quang Trang belongs to the young generation of writers in contemporary Vietnamese literature. Short stories are a prominent genre in his works. The short story Men nguoi recreates hidden corners of life, suggesting many issues to ponder. To illuminate multi-dimensional reality, the writer approaches postmodern sensibility, experimenting with the use of new artistic techniques. Multi-text is the direction of studying the presence of text forms in the structure of literary texts and has been receiving attention from experts. Approaching the short story Men nguoi in this direction contributes to discovering the aesthetic value of the work. By applying a combination of analysis-synthesis, systematic method and comparison method, the article identifies and interprets the multi-text phenomenon in the short story Men nguoi in various aspects: text about tragedy. marriage-family drama, text about "emptiness"; Thereby, clarifying the complex types of relationships inside and outside the text.
