SOME PROBLEMS OF HIGH QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE IMPACT OF INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0 IN BINH DUONG

Abstract

Binh Duong is one of the provinces with fast and firm economic development. As well as the local potentials and advantages, human resources are one of the important factors creating the development achievements of Binh Duong province in the stage of industrialization and modernization. The paper studies the problems of high quality human resources of Binh Duong province under the impact of the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the statistics, the paper shows the current situations of high quality human resources in Binh Duong province and the issues posed. Facing the industrial revolution 4.0, like many provinces and cities of Vietnam, the human resources of Binh Duong province are posing many challenges in terms of quantity, quality and organizational structure. The findings and solutions are suggestions of policies for developing high quality human resources for Binh Duong province.
