SOLUTIONS FOR HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PRIVATE ENTERPRISES
Abstract
In the context of deeper integration and increasing competition, human resource development has become a core factor determining the competitiveness and sustainable growth of enterprises. This study aims to identify and measure the influence of key factors on human resource development. Based on a review of domestic and international studies, combined with field surveys and quantitative analysis using SPSS 26, the results indicate that “Training and Development” has the strongest impact, followed by “Management and Evaluation,” “Work Environment,” “Recruitment and Utilization Mechanisms,” and “Compensation and Benefits.” Accordingly, the study proposes several solutions to support managers in formulating HR policies tailored to the characteristics of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
