Research on Factors Affecting the Readiness for Digital Transformation in Accounting Activities of Small and Medium Enterprises in Hanoi
Abstract
The study aims to find out the factors affecting the Readiness for Digital Transformation in Accounting Activities of Small and Medium Enterprises in Hanoi. By Descriptive Statistics analysis, Cronbach's Alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis, and linear regression through SPSS26 software with 258 samples surveyed from managers, chief accountants and accountants in Small and Medium Enterprises in Hanoi. The results show that 5 factors affect the readiness for Digital Transformation in Accounting activities, including: Requirement of digitization in accounting; Modern level of information system; Management Awareness; Information technology capacity of accountants; Corporate culture. From there, some governance implications are given to contribute to improving the readiness for Digital Transformation in Accounting Activities of Small and Medium Enterprises.
