Assessing the current situation and proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use in Chuong My district, Hanoi city

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the current situation and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use planning in Chuong My district, Hanoi. Data on the current state of agricultural land use in 2021; changes in agricultural land in the period 2010-2021... were obtained from the specialized departments of the People's Committee of Chuong My district, Hanoi city. Analyzing and evaluating the collected data, research shows that in order for the agricultural sector to develop sustainably, commensurate with the potential and strengths of the District, it is necessary to carry out synchronously many solutions, in which focusing on 3 main solutions, which are: i) Regularly review, adjust, supplement and perfect the system of Land Law and laws and codes related to investment, production and business in the field Agriculture; ii) Strengthen the management and supervision of the implementation of agricultural land use master plans and plans; iii) Restructuring the manufacturing industry.
