Accordingly, ensuring cybersecurity and network information safety for the sustainable development of a nation or region is a necessary and urgent need. Networks and cyberspace not only open opportunities for human knowledge expansion but also give rise to numerous complex issues such as cyber warfare, cybercrime, cyber attacks, cyber terrorism, cyber espionage, etc. These are risks that threaten the security and safety of network information, directly affecting the sustainable development of all nations and regions, including Vietnam.
