Abstract

Knowledge sharing is a familiar field, yet it always holds significant importance due to the role of this activity in the development of humanity. Understanding the theoretical basis that motivates knowledge sharing behavior is a matter of interest for many, especially for universities, where knowledge is considered an intangible asset that needs to be disseminated and expanded. Knowledge sharing also plays an important role in enhancing the competitive advantage of organizations in general and universities in particular. Currently, the enhancement of knowledge sharing behavior in universities has not been given adequate attention, and the results have not been as
effective as desired. To improve the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among lecturers, researching the factors that influence knowledge sharing is extremely necessary, and this study lays the groundwork for further research
