Abstract

Research assessing factors influencing land prices in order to determine the impact level of each factor on the market transaction land prices, thereby understanding the real value of land. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to evaluate the impact level of surveyed factors on urban land prices. The study results show: there are 6 first-level factors and 22 second-level factors affecting the urban land prices in two urban areas in Bac Tu Liem district, each with different weights. Some solutions to improve land management and valuation in the district for the coming period are also proposed
