CAPACITY OF UNIVERSITY SPECIALISTS IN THE INNOVATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Higher education in Vietnam is seeing fundamental innovations in educational management. By defining the impacts of the innovation of higher education management on university specialists, the paper addresses the essential competencies of this body: academic and professional competences; advisory capacity; information analyzing, synthesizing and processing capacity; implementation capacity; teamwork capacity; informatics and foreign language proficiency.
