Abstract

Higher education in our country has attained many achievements in recent years. However, in order to match its position and role, and to meet social needs, the standardization of quality assurance and gradual International integration should be raised and effectively implemented. One of the most urgent and long-term strategic issues of social concern is to build an increasingly high-quality education to contribute to improving the people’s intellectual standards and to enhance the quality of Vietnam's human resources in the process of industrialization, modernization, and international integration as well.
