FAST ANALYSIS EQUIPMENT OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION IN CEMENT PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY.

Abstract

After more than two years of implementation, the Subject “Building analysis procedures and manufacturing fast analysis equipment of chemical composition to control technological processes in cement production” has brought numerous positive results which are scientifically meaningful and practical for cement factories in Vietnam. Through the Subject, the fast analysis equipment has been successfully manufactured for analyzing a lot of elements, including four main elements of Ca, Fe, Si, and Al in such objects as limestone, clay, additive for iron and silicium adjustment, aftergrinding material, clinker, and cement in order to serve the cement production technology, as well as to build the analysis procedures for each kind of the above objects.
