Abstract

               The extraction process of active components from radix of Panax pseudoginseng, radix of Curcuma longa, herb of Azolla microphylla and the drying spray system to make ingredients for production of Ukata capsules have been examined to choose the optimal technical factors. The formula and parameters during preparing Ukata capsules have been investigated to ensure the product quality. The in-house specifications of Ukata capsules have been established to control the manufacturing process and evaluate the finished product quality. The technical parameters in Ukata capsule manufacture have been applied at the scale of 200,000 capsules/batch and shown the stability and repetition.
