Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định các yếu tố tác động đến tiền lương của sinh viên tốt nghiệp và đi làm trong năm đầu. Dữ liệu dùng để phân tích là số liệu sơ cấp, sử dụng 295 mẫu từ kết quả khảo sát. Kết quả phân tích hồi quy xác định các yếu tố tác động cùng chiều đến tiền lương của sinh viên tốt nghiệp và đi làm trong năm đầu gồm: Nhóm ngành học; Vị trí công việc và Chính sách tiền lương, còn lại yếu tố loại hình hoạt động và quy mô đơn vị có tác động ngược chiều, còn yếu tố giới tính cho kết quả là không tìm thấy sự tác động trong trường hợp này.

The objective of this study is to determine the factors affecting the salaries levels of recent university graduates in their initial year of employment. The data used for analysis were primary data, using 295 samples from the survey results. The results of the regression analysis determined that the factors that have a positive impact on the salaries levels of recent university graduates in their initial year of employment include: Field of study; Job position and Salary policy, while the remaining factors of type of activity and unit size have a negative impact,“ In addition, the analysis indicates that the gender variable does not exert a statistically significant impact in this case
