BALANCED SCORECARD APPLICATION SOLUTION TO MEASURE PERFORMANCE AT CITY CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Abstract

In this study, the significance and effects of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method in measuring performance in the public sector in general and at the City Children’s Hospital in particular. To conduct the study, the authors used a qualitative research method to systematize the theoretical basis of the balanced scorecard in enterprises as well as to study the current status of performance evaluation at the City Children’s Hospital, thereby proposing directions for applying the balanced scorecard to the hospital, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of measuring the hospital’s performance. The research data is secondary data, which is the hospital’s plan and achievements in terms of finance, customers, internal processes and learning and development in 2024.
