Improving women's capacity to participate leadership and management at enterprises
Abstract
In the process of international economic integration becoming more and more practical, labor productivity has become the "guideline" for all actions of enterprises, the leaders of enterprises need to pay attention to proactively adapting and catching up with the trends to succeed. The fundamental change of business methods in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 has created a source of inspiration for women to start a business as well as a greater commitment to the market for female leaders. Strengthening gender equality and enhancing capacity, status and creating opportunities for women have been identified as one of the eight global Millennium Development Goals and both a goal and a contributing factor to the socio-economic development of each country. However, many problems are also raised for business leaders, especially female leaders, in handling challenges and taking advantage of opportunities to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. Within the scope of this article, the authors will study the current situation and offer effective solutions to improve the capacity of women’s capacity to participate in leadership and management at enterprises in the current period.
