Digital literacy for online teaching and learning practice

Abstract

    This study provides the context of digital capabilities in Vietnam; policies to promote online education and develop digital literacy for teaching and learning; projects that stakeholders have implemented to develop digital literacy for teachers and students; challenges of e-learning and the application of technology in teaching that educators and learners are facing; recommendations for developing digital literacy for teachers and students.
