STUDYING METHODS OF FALLEN LEAF COLLECTING, PRELIMINARY PROCESSING, SOLUTION EXTRACTING IN ORDER TO DYE COTTON AND SILK FABRICS.

Abstract

Using natural dyes for Textile - garments products was being applied in many countries around the world because of its non - toxicity and they do not cause environmental pollution and have safe properties human body. In this research, fallen leaves are used to extract the colourant solution to dye fabrics. These leaves contain Saponin, surface - active substances and some colored compounds. This paper presented some results on the collecting, processing and storing all kinds of leaves, extracting technology of colour solution from fallen leaves; dyeing process of fabrics that are reasonable for dyeing process is suitable for small - scale industrial production. Moreover, the leaf residue can also be used for processing fertilizer profitablility significantly. The results have economic value, society value and can reduce environmental pollution.
