THE ROADBLOCK OF GROUP INTEREST IN RESTRUCTURING VIETNAMESE ENTERPRISES.

Abstract

                   Restructuring enterprises in general and restructuring the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in particular, is identified as an urging and vital mission in 2013, in accordance with the transitional process from width to depth economic development. This is also the continuation of “innovate and restructure SOEs”, going in line with the Socio-economic Development Strategy in the period of 2011-2020 and 2011-2015 Socio-economic Development 5 years Plan. Restructuring enterprises must be frequently considered to avoid system imbalance. In fact, it has always been to deal with many challenges, including

the roadblock of group’s interest, which is also the focused content of this article.
