SOME INITIAL RESULTS OF APPLYING ECOFRIENDLY POLYMERS FOR GROWING COFFEE IN CHU SE - GIA LAI.

Abstract

                  Effect of superabsorbent (AMS-1) and erosion control (PAM) polymers on the growth, development and yield of newly planted Robusta coffee tree and during trading period was studied at Chu Se, Gia Lai province in 2012. The result showed that AMS-1 and PAM have had positive impact on the growth and development of Robusta coffee tree. The fruiting ratio at the end of rainy season was 43.7-50.2%, in comparison with control of 43.6%.
