STUDY ON CHANGING SOME COAGULATION TEST RESULTS OF THE PATIENTS WITH HEMOPTYSIS AT THE NATIONAL LUNG HOSPITAL.

Abstract

                                    The research results on changing some coagulation test results of 359 patients with hemoptysis at the National Lung Hospital show that, the percentage of patients hemoptysis clotting disorder bleeding is negligible; Prolonged PT: 50 patients (14.0%), prolonged aPTT: 30 patients (8.4%), prolonged TT: 66 patients (21.5%); 28 patients (7.8%) had a decrease in platelet counts and fibrinogen decreased in 29 patients (8.1%). There is a little correlation between coagulation parameters in patients with hemoptysis.
