Abstract

   In the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution and the trend of international integration taking place strongly and greatly affecting university education, universities not only be the training centers but also be the research centers to create new knowledge. Therefore, scientific research at universities has become more important than ever. The prerequisite for developing scientific research in universities is to improve the scientific research capacity of university lecturers. Within the framework of the article, the author systematizes the theoretical basis of the scientific research capacity of lecturers and analyzes several domestic and international lessons on improving the scientific research capacity. of lecturers and from there draws lessons for Trade Union University.
